She focuses on supporting musculoskeletal conditions through manual therapy and physiotherapy, with an emphasis on improving posture and body awareness as the core of her versatile professional practice. With her manual therapy treatments and conceptual approach, she also contributes to psychotherapeutic teamwork.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BSc) in 2015 at Semmelweis University, Faculty of Health Sciences. She initially worked on hospital rehabilitation wards and later as a physiotherapist at a specialist clinic in Budapest’s 2nd district, primarily focusing on rheumatology and orthopaedic-traumatology. Her professional and personal interests led her towards ‘hands-on’, touch-based techniques; she was among the first to obtain accredited manual therapy training at Semmelweis University, Faculty of Medicine. Since 2021, she has been dedicating her time in private practices to providing individual attention and space for deeper understanding and meaningful change. Continuously enriching her approach and techniques, since 2023 her work has also incorporated treatment series using the TestSzobrászat® method for posture and body awareness development.

Her services are available for English-speaking clients too.

Main areas of expertise

‘In my work, I strive to see and assess the person I am working with as a whole. I value full, attentive presence and in-depth engagement. My goal is to collaboratively identify, together with the client and my colleagues, the factors that contribute to the current condition.

My competencies include fascial (connective tissue) work, various manual therapy techniques for muscles and joints, targeted movements and exercises, other physiotherapy tools, as well as lifestyle modification recommendations.

Throughout my professional life, I have repeatedly experienced how important thorough medical examination and care are—just as much as psychological support can be in the case of musculoskeletal issues. At Panoráma, working alongside competent colleagues, we can collectively contribute to a comprehensive and lasting improvement in quality of life.’
