She specializes in stress management, psychological support for patients with cancer and chronic illnesses, health awareness, and promoting healthy behaviours.
She earned her degree in psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Education at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 2022, with a specialisation in clinical and health psychology. Her work in healthcare highlighted the importance of holistic care, addressing not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. As an assistant nurse at the University of Pécs Neurology Clinic, she cared for patients of diverse ages, circumstances, and needs. During her studies, she also spent several summers in Norway working in somatic and dementia wards as a healthcare worker, where she gained extensive experience with ALS, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and other neurological, organic, and mental disorders. These experiences underscored the value of multidisciplinary care in managing both acute and chronic conditions.
She provides services in Hungarian, English, and Swedish.
‘I began my university studies at the University of Pécs, specialising in general medicine. After three years, I decided to change my career path, realising through my work in healthcare that I wanted to support people in other aspects of healing. I turned to psychology, where relationships and psychological support became central to my work.
During my training in health psychology, I became familiar with the work of Panoráma Polyclinic, where psychologists play a key role within the multidisciplinary team and in patient care. By addressing the psychological difficulties associated with somatic illnesses, I support individuals in recognising and strengthening their resources, enhancing coping strategies for both acute and chronic conditions, and living more fully.’
