Dr Fockter works with a wide range of mood and anxiety disorders. His primary area of interest is treatment-resistant major depression.

He graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine at Semmelweis University in 2014. He began his residency in psychiatry in the same year at the Psychiatric Department of the Merényi Gusztáv Hospital. From 2016, he continued as a psychiatry resident and later as a psychiatrist at the Psychiatric Department of Szent János Hospital in Budapest. He obtained his specialist qualification in psychiatry in 2020.
