I primarily provide individual supportive therapy for adults, which gives the opportunity to look at the current life situation, to explore the inner resources and to observe how they can be mobilized. I believe that if there is an opportunity to look at and experience our thoughts and feelings related to a given situation, then we can be more consciously present in our own lives and are able to mobilise our coping repertoire more effectively. Working part-time in a somatic ward at the bedside, I have experienced how much we can do for ourselves using our inner resources, even in the worst situation. Before that, I worked in a psychiatric ward, so I was able to gain insight into how to accept a diagnosis and what we can do for ourselves when we are struggling with mental health difficulties.
I am currently completing my training as a clinical psychologist in Pécs. I am also training as a group leader at the Integrated Expression and Dance Therapy Association. I consider continuous professional development important in order to be able to help in a wide range of ways.
I carry out therapeutic and diagnostic work at Panoráma Polyclinic under group and individual supervision.
