In the case of emloyees who have contracted coronavirus infection or have suffered personal losses due to COVID-19, complications and consequences may cause problems in their work which need increased attention in order not to lose valuable employees (either due to physical health decline or changes in the mental status).

In accordance with the legal and professional regulations, the following services are always included in our package (categories A, B, C and D):
- Internal medicine type occupational health examination (blood pressure, pulse and weight measurement, medical history, risk management)
- Colour vision and visual acuity testing (distance and near vision)
- Issuing a first degree eligibility review; on the basis of the risk assessment’s findings the additional examinations which are required for the issuance of the eligibility report can be provided on a discounted price level; these could be an all-out hearing test (audiometry), lung screening, ophthalmic examination, laboratory tests, etc. If these examinations are not accomplished at our Polyclinic, we will certainly accept these findings if they are not older than 3 months.

- Flexible booking even with the possibility of on-site field visit (in the territory of Budapest and Pest county, for minimum 25 persons)
- Calculable costs based on employee attendance register (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly invoicing; discount in case of prepayment)
- Maximum care, medical examinations which psychosomatic, personalized approach. We provide a summary medical report to all employees undergone the medical examination. This report includes the results of the check-ups performed during the aptitude test and contains medical advice to maintain or to restore the employees’ health.
- HR support: written notice related to the expiry of the aptitude test, sent one month before the expiry date. We also indicate the expired aptitude tests in a form of GDPR compatible written employee notification (in case of importing a database that complies with GDPR regulations).
- On request, organization of external on-site workplace health development programs, health days, screening campaigns, presentations on the basis of the prior price offer prepared for the given company.
- Dedicated contact person – we pay much attention to the speed and efficiency of the administration work in order to arrange everything according to your needs.
- An annual comprehensive analysis related to the health status of the company’s staff members is prepared, which is based on the summary of their results gained during their aptitude tests. Depending on the outcome a suggestion is also prepared including the proposed emloyee health protection programs.
On request, providing mental support for colleagues, middle and senior managers in order to prevent and resolve anomalies like burn out, stress at work and working at home.
